Shipping Policy
At Leriochae, we offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, Evri, DPD UK, and Royal Mail.
• Customs and Import Duties: Shipping rates do not include any customs or import duties that may (but are unlikely to) apply when your package arrives in your destination country.
• Customs duties and import taxes vary depending on the value, materials, and origin of the goods. These charges are determined by your country’s customs officials and are beyond our control.
• While you may not always be required to pay duties, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with your country’s regulations to avoid unexpected charges.
• Responsibility:
• Leriochae is not liable for customs fees, holding times, unclaimed parcels, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Refund Policy
All sales are final, as each piece is handmade to order. However, we offer exchanges for specific cases.
Eligibility for Exchanges or Replacements:
1. Ready-to-Ship Items:
• Exchanges are allowed if the issue is reported within 10 days of delivery.
2. Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Pieces:
• Refunds are not available.
• Exchanges or replacements may be possible for buyer errors (e.g., incorrect size provided), but additional charges will apply (postage costs excluded).
• If the issue is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong item, damaged or faulty product), we will replace the item free of charge upon receiving adequate proof
3. Pieces on sale are not eligible for returns.
Conditions for return
• All items must be returned in their original condition:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, dirt, or odours.
• Any item that appears used, dirty, or damaged upon return will not be accepted, and the buyer will be liable for any loss in value.
Return Shipping Costs:
• If the issue is due to buyer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size or product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection Process:
• All items are inspected and photographed prior to shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Upon receiving your returned item, we will assess its condition to determine eligibility for an exchange or replacement.
Pieces on sale are not eligible for returns
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for “ready to ship items” in the following cases:
• The item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Adequate proof of the issue is submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed after the item is returned and inspected.
