Shipping Policy
Leriochae offers shipping worldwide. All orders would be shipped through UPS, USPS, Evri, DPD UK or Royal Mail. Please note that the shipping rate for orders are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could (but unlikely) be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import taxes, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.
Refund Policy
All Sales are final, as each piece is handmade to fit individual customers, therefore we just have an exchange only policy for returns of only ready to ship pieces if reported in 10 days from the delivery date. Custom orders & ‘made – to – order’ pieces are not eligible for refunds but can be replaced/exchanged with extra charges (postage costs excluded) if the reason for exchange/replacement is due to the buyer’s error, but would be replaced free of charge if it wasn’t delivered or delivered damaged, faulty or a wrong item was delivered of which an adequate proof should be provided.
Exchanges/replacements/refunds are permitted if the item arrives faulty or damaged, provided that proof of the issue is submitted within 10 days of delivery. Note that we inspect and photograph each piece prior to shipping. So please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will enable us to assess the issue and resolve it appropriately. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if the reason for the return or exchange is due to the buyer’s error.
Additionally, if the item is not returned in its original condition, that means damaged, worn, dirty or any item that LERIOCHAE believes has been used will NOT be accepted and the buyer will be liable for any loss in value.
