Shipping Policy

Leriochae offers shipping worldwide. All orders excluding the ones from India would be shipped through UPS and orders made from India would be shipped through delhivery/amazon shipping/ekart/ecomm. 

Please note that the shipping rate for orders are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import taxes, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. 

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided. 

Return Policy

All sales are final, because all orders are made to order therefore can’t be returned or exchanged except it arrives faulty.

Because all orders are made to order and personalized  to fit each customer, it can’t be returned. Unless it arrives faulty, which proof of the same should be provided immediately (or nothing can be done).

However, we inspect and take photographs of the piece ordered before shipping.

Conditions for return

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Cancellation can only be done 12hours after order is placed(because after that, processing has begun).

We do not give refunds and cancellations if the payment gateway used is Paypal.
