Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the custom nature of our handmade pieces, all sales are considered final, as each piece is handmade to fit each individual customer. However we have an exchange only policy for returns(of ready to ship pieces).

Because all orders are personalized to fit each customer, it can’t be returned unless it arrives faulty. Exchanges or replacements are only permitted for all items if it arrives faulty or damaged, provided that proof of the issue is submitted within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we inspect and photograph each piece prior to shipping, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will enable us to assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Only regular priced and ready to ship) pieces may be exchanged. Sale and gift items cannot be exchanged.

We do not give refunds and cancellations whatsoever if the payment gateway used is Paypal/Klarna/Afterpay. 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
