1. What countries do you ship to and how long does it take? :

We offer worldwide shipping and it generally takes about 3-8 days to get delivered depending on your country.

2. Size Instructions – How do I know the proper size to order :

I want every piece to fit you perfectly and since the pieces are handmade and done by one person(me), I’m always intentional when making them. So when placing your order, please select the exact size(s, m, l etc…) according to your measurements as it is on the Leriochae standard size chart attached to each listing. DO NOT ORDER/SIZE UP OR DOWN. And if you’re in doubt and not sure what size to go for, just select custom size and input your exact measurements(bust, waist, hips etc.) to ensure you get an outfit with a perfect fitting.

3. Turnaround time- How long does it take to process an order before it’s shipped :

It takes about 1-3 weeks for a piece to be ready before it’s shipped. This depends on the workload at the time of order or the item being ordered (for eg: it’d take about a week for a hat or bag to be dispatched but it’d take about 2 weeks for a set to be dispatched and longer if the set/co-ord contains a maxi skirt, long sleeves, trousers etc. This is of course only for ‘made to order’ items. ‘Ready to ship’ pieces are usually shipped 24-48 hours after order is placed.

While I’m so grateful for your interest in my work and literally do a lil happy dance each time I get an order, please do bear in mind that all pieces are handmade and there’s no team working on these, just a single person’s hands, hooks/needles and yarn carefully crafting/making these pieces especially for you🖤.

4. How do I wash/care for my piece? :

Hand wash (or machine wash under low settings) with warm or lukewarm water and let air dry(preferably flat), do not tumble dry, do not bleach.

5. Tracking Orders :

Once you place an order, you’d get an order confirmation (or ‘order in process’) email. After that, we’d make, pack and ship your order. Once its been shipped, you’ll receive another email with your shipping/tracking details.
